I guess they don't have or don't know Philip Treacy in US. I don't know where they get inspirations for their dull, old and tasteless hats. Using flower and feather? Just like that? Add some plastic, baloon and straw? Lolz...Meanwhile the royal people in UK has went to the stratosphere for the work of art topees. Thanks to Philip Treacy I guess.
